Identifying a plumbing product once installed, sometimes years down the line, when the need for maintenance arises can be difficult. This was evident for our customers as indicated by our internal analytics. Rather than asking customers to go through different forms of guides, we built an app that would solve this issue more intuitively.

We built a Progressive Web App that Customers could use to snap pictures of their product and get not only identification of the product but also additional relevant information like parts and replacements greatly simplifying the process.

Agent Sync

A significant percentage of customers reaching out to us over calls for support need to Identify their Product and would require considerable amount of time and effort as this process would require sharing picture back and forth. We created this Application for our Agents to bridge this gap and get the information they needed quicky providing users a seamless step by step flow once the opened the app through email or sms.

Brand Integrations

This was more than an App. We extended these services to directly integrate in the different brand sites to provide more cohesive experience.

Validation

Data we gathered would be the key for success of the project, especially those which require Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as their backbone. So we worked on creating an app that simplified the processing of data that we gathered for backend teams to efficiently consume it.

Smart Hub

Built an Application that helped customers manage their energy need by providing them insights on their energy consumptions history, forecasts, and breakdown by appliance. We used machine learning to generate some of the data.

We created visualizations to make the large amount of data palatable to the users. We served to over 35 million customers.

A one stop portal for customers to manage their account and handle task like changing tariff, make payments, move homes, monitor usage, etc. digitally.

Published a paper on a new way to store and transmit information using gray level QR-Code structure in IEEE journal on November 2016.

Published a library to simplify managing async flow in ReactJs effects and minimize memory leak issues.
